Tips for a Great Visit with Santa Chattanooga

We want your visit with Santa to be memorable.  Here are a few tips to help make your visit with Santa more enjoyable.

• Reserve a special parking place for Santa close to the entrance of the event.

• Provide a cell phone number of the host and have it turned on awaiting the arrival of Santa.  He will call or text once he arrives at the location of the event.

• Host should greet Santa upon his arrival at the event.  If presents are to be handed out, this is the opportunity to load them into Santa's bag.

• Santa loves to make a "Grand Entrance".  Have everyone participate in a common activity, like singing, when Santa is ready to enter.

• Place Santa's chair in front of a nice holiday background for pictures making sure that there is plenty of room for group shots.  Remember that Santa's suit can be very warm, so please don't place the chair too close to a heat source.

• If payment is due, place it in a Christmas card so you don't have to hand Santa a check or cash and risk the children witnessing the hand-off.

• When Santa is ready to leave, keep the children all together and occupied to give Santa a few minutes to slip away without being noticed.
